Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card in order to earn her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness despite being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
